Victor Richard Michael, known as Vic was a long term Whittlesea Shire Councillor (See Whittlesea Councillors - 1875 to 1995)
He built his home as part of the Peter Lalor Housing Co-operative. He was a participant in the Whittlesea Community Portrait Oral History Project. Records held at Yarra Plenty Regional Library.
